Meet the
Founders

Rajiv is a serial digital health entrepreneur who is passionate about leveraging technology to enable positive behavior change. He was formerly the founder & CEO of ShapeUp, a venture-backed employee wellbeing company that was acquired by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group & Insight Partners. He subsequently served as the President & Chief Medical Officer of Virgin Pulse, the largest employee wellbeing company in the world. Previously, he founded two non-profit organizations that focused on addressing public health crises in the U.S. and Africa. Throughout his career, Rajiv has seen firsthand how mental wellbeing forms the foundation for a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Lee is an experienced technology leader with expertise in strategy, sales, marketing, product, and corporate development. He was most recently SVP of Strategy at Predictive Index, a General Catalyst-backed SaaS company that is the market leader in talent optimization. At the start of COVID-19, he was tapped by the Governor of Rhode Island (now U.S. Secretary of Commerce) to lead the state’s digital pandemic task force. Previously, he held senior roles at digital media company PlatformQ, fintech company Andera, and employee wellbeing company ShapeUp, where he worked closely with Rajiv. Lee is a first-generation college graduate with a personal mission of unlocking the potential of people.
