This peer support group is specifically designed for mothers who are going through a difficult or contentious divorce or separation and need help navigating this challenging life situation. We’ll listen to each other’s personal stories, learn new and effective communication skills, reclaim our power, and find solutions to some of our biggest challenges.
Topics that we will cover include:
- How to stop the fighting
- How to set boundaries
- Developing the Mindset of Calm Power

Your Facilitator

Liesel is passionate about assisting women divorcing narcissists, or any woman in a contentious divorce, with communicating effectively with the ex. She has been a divorce coach since 2014. Her background as a former licensed therapist (addictions and mental health, adolescent and family therapy), certified life coach, and her own divorce experience gives her a unique, perfect background for helping women navigate this difficult chapter of their lives. She is also on the Board of the Center for Principled Family Advocacy and has experience working as part of a team for collaborative divorce. She lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
