Mothers Grieving the Loss of a Child
This is a supportive group for mothers in the process of learning to live life again following the loss of a child. We meet weekly on Zoom.

Annie Adams
Group Description
This group is designed for all mothers who are grieving the loss of a child age 2 or over and are going through the process of learning to live life again.
I’ve developed a program that will help you become more aware of how grief is affecting your life and harness your inner strength to find ways to heal.
Topics we'll cover include:
- Overcoming the disbelief of losing a child
- Shining light on the dark parts of ourselves so that we can identify what is really holding us back from moving forward
- Understanding our new identities
If you are feeling overwhelmed by grief, you are not alone. This group will provide you with a community of support to help you through this difficult time. Together we can turn our grief into strength and regain control of our lives.
Your Facilitator

Annie is a lifelong teacher with a love for learning and sharing with others. After a life-changing event in March of 2018, grief became her focus. Her 15-year-old died from complications of leukemia diagnosed just 4 days before. She became a Certified Grief Facilitator in 2020 after learning so much through her personal experiences with grief and grieving. Companioning grieving people through their darkest days to help remind them of their magnificence is her gift to the world now.
